The Role:
As a People & Culture Generalist, you will play a vital role in handling both operational and strategic HR matters, providing essential support to HRBPs to help achieve strategic goals. Additionally, you will oversee activities that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Based at our Stockholm office, you will report to the People & Culture Business Partner and work closely with colleagues in the global People & Culture team to ensure alignment on shared processes.
Key responsibilities:
Be the go-to person for first line HR support for our employees in Sweden.
Keep our HR systems and records up to date and compliant.
Help ensure our policies align with labor laws, GDPR, and ISO standards.
Support the payroll process by providing accurate employee data.
Continuously enhance our HR processes and tools to make things work better.
Train and assist employees with new HR tools and systems.
Prepare materials to support HRBPs and leadership teams in their strategic initiatives.
Manage the admin side of on- and offboarding, including equipment and documentation.
Help roll out employee surveys and turn feedback into actionable improvements.
Support operational aspects of HR projects, such as reorganizations or process improvements.
Actively partake in planning company events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Who are you?
Academic degree in HR, employment law, behavioral science, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in HR operations or administration, ideally in a scale up and/or international organization.
Good knowledge of basic Swedish employment law.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience with HR systems and payroll processes is highly desirable.
