Job Overview:
We are growing our commercial team and are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Client Strategy to lead our efforts in driving customer success and promoting our games. This role is crucial in developing strong relationships with clients while crafting and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
You will be joining at an early stage so we are looking for a candidate who has broad commercial knowledge and is looking to grow and develop with the company, and eventually help to build the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up key processes which can be scaled as we grow, including a game launch strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with other teams across the organization to communicate customer needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance our offerings.
- Monitor account performance and develop strategies for growth and improvement.
- Be the key person to build and lead the AM team in the future.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, promote games and attract new customers.
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content across various platforms, including social media, email, and the company website.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial team at a gaming supplier.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
